RABBI #3          [In conversational tone as he makes his way to Center Aisle.  Spotlight Follows him]

For the gentiles among you, I said "Peace to you in the name of Jesus my Messiah".  And the traditional answer was given "Unto you, peace."

                        [Begins to walk around auditorium]

I'm so glad you all came tonight; it's really good to see you. Some of you probably recognize me from the times we worshipped in the Jerusalem Temple. As a Levite of the Pharisee Sect, I was in training there for the priesthood.

My name is – well, my name isn't important; it's my story that's important. You see, those were very thrilling days while I was in service there.

Not so long ago, really, in the year 3793. Or if you're using the new Christian system, it was 32 A.D.  I want you to know about the amazing things that happened over a relatively short time when God became man and walked among us as a lowly carpenter from Nazareth, called by Jesus Ben Joseph, of David. This God-man did so many awesome things and caused so many other strong reactions, especially during His last few days that I'd like to tell you about. Many times during His ministry He healed blind eyes, even some which had been blind since birth. My eyes were never blind, but He opened them to see things that many around me couldn't see. In fact, He opened my eyes so wide that I want you to see things through them too.
